3- Apple cider vinegar
If you are experiencing excessive sweating, you can use organic vinegar. Organic apple cider vinegar can make sweaty palms drier by regulating the pH level in the body. For this process, we recommend that you regularly wipe your palms and hands with cotton wool with apple cider vinegar. For best results, apply apple cider vinegar to your hands before going to sleep at night and hold until morning. You’ll wake up to drier hands in the morning.
Adding sage leaves to your meals and drinking sage can help reduce sweating on your hands. You can also carry the dried sage leaves in a cotton cloth bag and take the leaves in your palm when your hands are sweaty. The moisture absorbing feature of sage absorbs the sweat on your hands and helps to reduce excess skin oil.
