If you want to apply hand antiperspirant during the day, we do not recommend washing your hands for at least 1-2 hours.

2- Baking soda

Baking soda is an economical and effective method used for the treatment of hand sweating. You can use baking soda, which is in almost every kitchen, as a natural antiperspirant method.

Among the benefits of baking soda, features such as teeth cleaning and teeth whitening come to the fore. But did you know that baking soda also works as an antiperspirant? Baking soda, which has an alkaline structure, helps sweat evaporate quickly. To prepare a deodorant with baking soda, mix a few drops of water and baking soda. When it reaches the consistency of paste, apply it to your hands and wait for 5 minutes. At the end of the period, you can reach the perfect result by washing your hands.

3- Apple cider vinegar

If you are experiencing excessive sweating, you can use organic vinegar. Organic apple cider vinegar can make sweaty palms drier by regulating the pH level in the body. For this process, we recommend that you regularly wipe your palms and hands with cotton wool with apple cider vinegar. For best results, apply apple cider vinegar to your hands before going to sleep at night and hold until morning. You’ll wake up to drier hands in the morning.

4- Sage

Adding sage leaves to your meals and drinking sage can help reduce sweating on your hands.
